The overall goals of TECC are (i) bridging the technological gap between the rich and the socially disadvantaged and (ii) fostering mutual understanding between Chinese and American through collaborative projects with the same mission and goal.

Technology has been a driving force in bringing information and opportunity to communities that might otherwise have been disconnected from the global community. We believe that it is important to unite individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds in order to both effectively increase the education quality and facilitate an ever-lasting relationship that is universally beneficial in the long run.
